She dislikes pigeons, slugs in the bathroom and being late for things. She lives in Oxfordshire.

Bella Swift

Bella Swift is the pseudonym of a prolific writer who has worked as a children's book editor and has penned many successful children's series. She lives in London with her two children and a pet cat - but wishes she could get a dog!

Carly Gledhill

Carly Gledhill developed her distinctive style illustrating for clients including Paperchase, H&M and M&S. Inspired by a love of colour, character design and textiles she has worked on a wide range of products, including children's clothing, books and stationery. She lives and works in Stockport.

Charlie Farley

Charlie Farley grew up by the sea in North-East Scotland, where he spent his days reading, writing and day-dreaming. Charlie has always been inspired by nature, and much of his writing is influenced by the landscape and animals of Dorset, where he lives with his wife, four children and two dogs.
