Mary-Jane Wilkins has been involved in creating children's non-fiction titles for many years. She was responsible for several highly successful literacy series under the umbrella title of Learning through Literacy, created by Belitha Press and published by Scholastic in the US. Creating non-fiction series for co-editions has long been a focus, and many series have been sold worldwide. She also works in children's fiction and adult non-fiction.
Phil Wilkinson

Phil Wilkinson is a freelance writer and the author of 50 books, as well as being a dad of two. He is a contributor to a number of parenting sites, including the Huffington Post, writing about education, bullying, sex education and teenagers.
Christopher William Hill

Christopher William Hill was born in Truro, in Cornwall - a little jaundiced, but that was to be expected in the grim days of the 1970s. His mother was a former nurse, so Christopher grew up with a copy of Black's Medical Dictionary to hand, which was ideal reading matter for an enthusiastic hypochondriac. He liked acting and putting on silly voices, and collecting ancient relics which he gathered in a large walk-in wardrobe that called his 'museum'. Christopher loves walking, ocean liners, airships, Victoriana and cake shops.
Tad Williams

Tad Williams is a best-selling and well-loved fantasy author. Deborah Beale is a former book publisher for adults and children and founding member of the Orion Publishing Group. Finty Williams is a successful stage and screen actress. David Wojtowycz

David Wojtowycz is a bestselling, award-winning author and artist. He studied at Goldsmiths College in London, graduating with a degree in Fine Art. Peter Wood

Peter Wood is a primary school teacher in Canada with a speciality in community arts education. He is a professional painter and artist of more than twenty years experience. He has exhibited in Abu Dhabi, Montreal and more. His paintings are in private collections in the United States, England and Germany. He has created many large-scale works and also enjoys whimsical explorations in snow and building magnificent tree houses. Peter studied Philosophy and Visual arts at universities in Canada. He has also taught in international IB schools abroad.
Richard Wood

Kay Woodward

Kay Woodward was born in Barrow-in-Furness, grew up in Carlisle, lived in Brighton and spent two years in Kinsale, Co Cork. After working as an editor in children's publishing, she became an author.
