Villie was born in Athens and studied illustration at Ornerakis School of Applied Art. Having worked as a children's book illustrator since 2008, she loves creating playful characters, interesting compositions and giving emphasis on colour, working often digitally, but also traditionally, with a fresh and whimsical style. Villie gets much inspiration from her cat, and also from life, experiences and dreams. Her favourite children's story is 'The Little Prince', by Antoine de Saint-Exupery. Her lifetime ambition, is to own a horse - but she's happy to settle for cat - for the time being!!
Mij Kelly had an extremely colourful and varied childhood house-hopping around the UK, not to mention skipping across to India as well. Mij has worked as a newspaper editor, an oral historian and now, a specialist journalist in artificial intelligence. Mij has two children. She won the Kathleen Fidler Award for her first book in 1993 and One More Sheep won the English Association 4-11 years Award for Best Illustrated Book in 2004.
Kody Keplinger is the author of several books for young adult and middle grade readers, including the New York Times bestseller The DUFF, which was adapted as a major motion picture in 2015. She currently lives in New York City with her German Shepherd and two black cats. Kody teaches writing classes at the Gotham Writers' Workshop. Marta Kissi is a London based illustrator originally from Warsaw. She studied BA Illustration & Animation at Kingston University and MA Communication Art & Design at the Royal College of Art. Her favourite part of being an illustrator is bringing stories to life by designing charming characters and the wonderful worlds they live in. She shares a studio in London with her boyfriend and their pet plant Trevor.
