Rae Earl (author)Rae Earl was born in Stamford, Lincolnshire in 1971. After some adequate schooling she went to Hull University & won the Phillip Larkin prize for a frankly magnificent dissertation. She then did every job in a radio station except 'accountant'. Her books My Mad Fat Diary and My Madder Fatter Diary have been made into a TV show that is shown in more than 50 countries worldwide. My Mad Fat Diary has been nominated for a host of awards, includng two BAFTAS.Rae lives in Hobart, Australia where she is currently writing, amongst other things, a TV drama about a female soccer team.

Nick East is the illustrator of the bestselling Toto the Ninja Cat as well as the Goodnight Digger and Knock Knock series. He worked for many years as a museum designer but was always a storyteller, whether as a child, filling sketchbooks with quirky characters, or as a designer displaying a collection of ancient artefacts. Ed Eaves graduated from Kingston University with a first class degree in illustration and since then has worked on a wide range of children's books. He is best known for the Albie series with Caryl Hart, including Supermarket Zoo, How to Grow a Dinosaur and Welcome to Alien School. He lives in Kent with his wife, the illustrator Rebecca Finn.

Michele Elliott is the founder of the charity Kidscape and has been awarded an OBE for services to children. She is a child psychologist and teacher with 40 years' experience and has worked with charities including Childline and the NSPCC.
Genie Espinosa has been drawing since she can remember, being an illustrator has been her dream and now she's working with passion on every project she gets. Disney illustrators and animation are her referrals, she loves to work with bright colors and dynamic characters. In the near future she'd love to write and illustrate her own books.
