Clare has taught food technology for more than 17 years in various London-based schools. She is currently Head of Food Technology at London Academy, where she teaches years 7 to 13. The Academy delivers GCSE Hospitality and Catering to years 10 and 11, A Level food technology and the Food Hygiene Certificate.
