Nick East

Nick East is the illustrator of the bestselling Toto the Ninja Cat as well as the Goodnight Digger and Knock Knock series. He worked for many years as a museum designer but was always a storyteller, whether as a child, filling sketchbooks with quirky characters, or as a designer displaying a collection of ancient artefacts. Nick lives near York with his wife and two children and, when he isn't writing or drawing, he is out riding bikes and spending time with his family.Find Nick at nickeastillustration.com
Edward Eaves

Ed Eaves graduated from Kingston University with a first class degree in illustration and since then has worked on a wide range of children's books. He is best known for the Albie series with Caryl Hart, including Supermarket Zoo, How to Grow a Dinosaur and Welcome to Alien School. He lives in Kent with his wife, the illustrator Rebecca Finn.
Gareth Edwards

As well as writing books for children Gareth Edwards is a BAFTA-winning TV and radio comedy producer and writer with credits including That Mitchell and Webb Look and Bleak Expectations. He also writes the blog Some Kind Of Explanation which regularly guests in The Guardian online. He lives in London with his wife and four children and his picture books often start out as stories or games he has made up for them. His interests include jokes, animals, robots and cheese.
