Guidelines for an Author / Illustrator visit
To request a specific author or illustrator for a Festival, Bookshop, Library or School event, please send a written request via e-mail (stating author or illustrators name, venue, date, number of sessions, size of audience, etc.) to the following address:pr@hachettechildrens.co.uk with 'Events' in the subject field.
A visit from an author to a school or library can be a rewarding experience for all involved, but it does need careful thought and planning. The following guidelines and suggestions are given in the hope they will be of benefit to all those involved in the organising of an author or illustrator visit.
